Refund policy
At PianoJams, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the best sheet music products to our valued customers. In order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience, we have established the following refund and return policy.
Physical Music Books:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a physical music book, you may return the item within the legally mandated time period for online orders (typically 14 days from the date of receipt). To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and any other materials that accompanied the product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pianojams.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Digital Products (PDF Sheet Music):
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF sheet music are considered final, and we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for these items. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, such as a corrupted file or difficulty downloading, please contact our customer service team at support@pianojams.com, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
