Welcome to PianoJams, an online sheet music shop specializing in both physical music books and digital sheet music (PDF). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Section 2 : User Account

To make purchases on PianoJams, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify PianoJams immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.

Section 3 : Product Availability and Pricing

PianoJams reserves the right to modify the availability and pricing of any products or Services at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, PianoJams reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product.

All digital and physical sheet music products available on PianoJams are protected by copyright laws. By purchasing our products, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the sheet music for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or modify the sheet music for any commercial purposes without obtaining the express written consent of the respective copyright owner(s).

Section 5 : Refund and Return Policy

Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for details on how to request a refund or return a physical music book. Note that digital products, such as PDF sheet music, are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Section 6 : Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

PianoJams provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PianoJams disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall PianoJams, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
